Shipping
Everything ships USPS by default. If you are ordering a stocked item, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If you are ordering an on demand item, it will be shipped within 10-15 business days.
Returns/Exchanges
No returns for changes in size or color. Returns may only be made for damaged or incorrect merchandise. No returns for items that have been imprinted unless they are damaged. Contact JDA for a Return Authorization Number. Exchanges will only be made for items that have not been worn, washed or used.
